COMMENCES

The
Australia Post
Games
2009/10
A special message to all retail employees.
Commencing from the frst week in July, 2009 you and your retail
colleagues will be invited to compete in “THE AUSTRALIA POST GAMES”.
This will be a new sales incentive program that replaces the highly successful
Mission Possible campaign that has now run for 2 years.
Each quarter, we will announce the product or event that you and your outlet will be competing in. To be in
the running for gold, silver and bronze awards, you will need to work closely with your colleagues to help
maximise sales of selected product categories each month. Your Postal Manager will act as your “captain”
and they will receive merchandising and marketing support to help achieve your PBs (i.e personal best).
However, unlike Mission Possible, there will be a guaranteed winner in each of the 8 retail networks.
The attached fyer summarises a whole new prize structure that we have designed for the program. Please
note that there are 4 new ways to win.
In the weeks leading up to the GAMES launch, all Postal Managers will attend briefng sessions with
various coaches. Make sure your “captain” has passed on all important information to you so that
a game plan for your store is put in place.
So, do you have what it takes to be champion in your network? I look forward to hearing about
your success stories over the next 12 months and wish you the best of luck in the
AUSTRALIA POST GAMES.
Regards,
Russ Ramey
